Throughout my journey of acknowledging and harnessing my mentoring skills, working closely with lawyers and leaders navigating complex personal and emotional landscapes, I’ve learned pivotal lessons. I’ve come to respect each individual’s unique timing for growth and change, even when it’s difficult to watch them head toward potential ruin. Patience has been key, and fortunately, many find their way back.

Equally important, I’ve learned to offer my consultancy without prejudice to anyone seeking guidance. I have been the "go-to person" for guidance and emotional clarity for as long as I can remember, that friend, colleague, or mentor whom people naturally turned to when life felt heavy or decisions seemed impossible.
